Kohls 10k Gold Earrings and Created Emerald

I bought the earring you'll find on Kohls website if you search:
10k Gold Framed Heart-Cut Emerald Earrings

Is this a bad deal? It's created emerald and 10k gold.

Where do you recommend buying earring that are $90 and emerald? Walmart doesn't seem to have much in emerald. Is Kohl's a vendor that gives good bang for the buck?
